Overview:
Our client is looking to hire a Search Engine Optimization Manager (SEO) to increase customer visits and lead generation through the management and optimization of their website. The ideal candidate will continuously monitor the website ensuring that the site appears in a top position with respect to SEO.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.
Work in tandem with the analysts to deliver accurate and timely reporting of SEO KPI's.
Research and develop keyword target lists and establish page level distribution.
Develop and implement SEO Strategies to increase customer visits and lead generations.
Provide link building services and develop new linking strategies
Continuously meet with the internal teams (sales, web developers, copywriters) to discuss SEO strategy, processes and SEO best practices.
Stay current with industry development and participate in the SEO online community.
Make suggestions on improving the website's functionality as it relates to SEO and SEM.
Make sure any enhancements to the website meets with SEO best practices and helps to improve SEO results.
Train developers and copywriters on how their work affects the SEO strategy.
