Job Description

This B-to-B focused role is responsible for Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Marketing (SEO), and Online Marketing. The successful candidate will have experience managing Google Adwords for large-scale B-to-B lead generation campaigns. Core Responsibilities: Pay-per-Click Optimization: Optimize programs such as Google Adwords to maximize Qualified Leads and ROI; Search Engine Optimization: Keyword selection and analysis, targeted page and content development, site-hierarchy and link architecture, link-building; Website Analysis: Analyze conversion points and paths, monitor key website metrics including site traffic and traffic from search engines; Website Optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize offers and forms – maximizing website conversion to Qualified Leads; Communication: Reporting on and communicating the application of SEM and SEO strategies, performance metrics and programs to the team.
Job Requirements

1. Extensive experience in B-to-B SEM and SEO including management of large scale pay-per-click campaigns;



2. Current knowledge of B-to-B SEM and SEO best practices;



3. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business and media contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner.



4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.



5. Diligence and strong work ethic.


Education, Experience, and Certification: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. 2. 4+ years of related SEM and SEO experience. 3. Demonstrated experience using Google Adwords for large targeted campaigns. 4. Google AdWords certification is strongly preferred.
