The Interactive Traffic Coordinator will work primarily with the interactive media team to ensure flawless campaign implementation and reporting. Responsibilities: All aspects of the setup, trouble-shooting and ongoing daily quality assurance management of complex interactive advertising campaigns, including both Search and Display media; Assist the media team with planning and implementing new campaigns; including keyword-list production, ad-trafficking, and creative requirements; Campaign reporting: working with media department to design report formats, generate tracking tags, and pulling of reports; Campaign monitoring, including site monitoring, gathering screenshots and tracking integration quality assurance; Work closely with multiple internal teams including Web, IT, and Account Service to ensure optimum campaign quality assurance; Communicate with publishers and vendors on a daily basis to ensure the accurate launch and delivery of interactive campaigns. Required skills: 1-3 years minimum online ad-trafficking experience. Keyword campaign management a plus; Flawless attention to detail – precision in data input is a must; Proven experience with online ad-serving technologies; Dart (primary), Atlas, Open Adstream, MediaPlex etc; Good understanding of HTML and JavaScript. Knowledge of PHP, CSS, ASP, SQL and DHTML a plus; Excellent communication skills and ability to interact comfortably with clients externally and various internal departments; Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular; Sound analytical skills; experienced at looking and evaluating data to troubleshoot tracking and campaign performance; Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours (if necessary) to accomplish business objectives; Bachelor’s Degree.
